Refund policy

Smithson Speed's Return and Refund policy directly aligns with the Return and Refund policy stated by the Manufacturer. Awareness of these policies is at the discretion of the buyer.

If the item arrives damaged, or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us via email. - sales@smithsonspeed.com

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You may request a shipping label from Smithson Speed, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund balance.

For return shipments, the buyer is responsible for ensuring the package makes it back to the Manufacturer undamaged and in original condition.

For canceled orders, once an order has shipped it may not be canceled. If the buyer refuses an order that has been shipped, the buyer will be responsible for both outbound and return freight charges.
